[USB 3.0 & Tool-free ] Wavlink USB 3.0 to SATA External Hard Drive Disk Enclosure Case Support UASP & SATA I / II / III SSD HDD, LED Indicator for 2.5 Inch 7 & 9.5mm SATA HDD and SSD, Plug and Play

Pros: Easy to assemble, install and get working. I works as expected without issue. Great price for the ability to keep a replaced hard drive in use.

Cons: No Cons from my experience

Overall Review: The product was precisely what I needed in order keep an older, replaced hard drive in use. For the price of this housing, there is no reason to let an extra hard drive go to waste. I now have an extra hard drive available to me as a server hard drive. The product is very minimal in size, thus taking up the least space possible. It has a power and drive activity indicator LED. It comes with the USB 3.0 cable. The cable length is generally sufficient (about 14 inches / 35.5 cm), although can be considered somewhat short if you are expecting to place the drive at any extended length away from your USB connection. I am very pleased with the product and it's construction.

ASUS AC5300 Wi-Fi Tri-band Gigabit Wireless Router with 4x4 MU-MIMO, 4 x LAN Ports, AiProtection Network Security and WTFast Game Accelerator, AiMesh Whole Home Wi-Fi System Compatible (RT-AC5300)

Pros: Worked great as a router. Has great range, speed and it HAD a lot of very useful features within the GUI.

Cons: After a year and a half my purchase, a firmware update made it a condition of agreeing to a new privacy policy from their third party software/firmware provider in which you have to allow them to share your information, internet usage and such. If you don't agree to this condition, the features you had been using up to that point and for which you paid when you purchased this product are disabled. You can not longer use the features you paid for unless you agree to this intrusion into your privacy. In my book that is blackmail and theft. NICE GOING ASUS! You are now on my brand blacklist. Never again!

This board allowed me to fix my Philips TV

Philips A31M2MMA-002 Digital Main Board for 29PFL4508/F7
Philips A31M2MMA-002 Digital Main Board for 29PFL4508/F7

Pros: Excellent condition and in working order.

Cons: Firmware version incompatible with my Philips model 29PFL4508/F7

Overall Review: The board worked in my Philips model 29PFL4508/F7 TV. However, the image was inverted. Upon comparison, the version of the firmware on this new board is newer than the one on my original board. My firmware version was: TVBN016_00_PF_XX91_AC. The firmware version on this new board was: TVBN017_00_PF_XX91_AC. The odd things is that according to the Philips website for the USA, there was never a firmware update issued for this model TV. So where this newer version came from is a mystery to me. Since there was no firmware update ever issued for this model, there was no firmware made available for download from the manufacturer old or new. For the life of me I could not find a copy of my original firmware anywhere online. And trust me, I spent some time searching extensively. I eventually had to concede to swapping the EEPROM (IC3006) from my original board to the new board in order to get the firmware to the correct version. After getting my original firmware version onto the new board by swapping in the EEPROM from my old board the image was no longer inverted and my TV is now working properly.

Worth the money

AGPtek Portable USB Cassette Tape to MP3 PC Converter Capture Stereo Audio Music Player Tape-to-MP3 Player with Headphone and USB Cable
AGPtek Portable USB Cassette Tape to MP3 PC Converter Capture Stereo Audio Music Player Tape-to-MP3 Player with Headphone and USB Cable

Pros: It has reproduced audio with good quality stereo. It has some features not found on other similar products such as the ability to fast-forward, rewind, press button change of direction. It takes AA batteries but apparently utilizes USB power as well. There is also AC adapter input on this unit. (DC 3V 500mA [+ - center post, - outer contact])

Cons: The AA battery compartment leaves a little to be desired. It is not that it is difficult to install the batteries, it is a matter that it can be difficult to ensure that the battery is making good connection with the contacts. I would advise that if you intend to use the unit via batteries, you will want to try operating the cassette player without the USB cable connected to this device first. The reason is that the unit will operate from the power source of whatever USB device to which you may connected the unit. Therefore, you should try operating the without a USB connection first In order to ensure you are getting power via the batteries rather than the USB . If the unit will not operate with the battery installed and the unit disconnected from any USB device, you may have to try reseating the batteries repeatedly until you can ensure they are making good contact.

Overall Review: Given the fact that cassette players are not common and this one has so far produced good quality, stereo allowing me to digitize some old cassette tapes I'm happy with the purchase. It's not as fancy or feels as sturdy as players did back in the day, but I'm glad to have it. Especially for the money.

Even toasting, temperature control & digital timing.

Cuisinart TOB-200 Rotisserie Convection Toaster Oven, Stainless Steel
Cuisinart TOB-200 Rotisserie Convection Toaster Oven, Stainless Steel

Pros: Toasts evenly Convection feature Rotisserie feature Pizza cooking setting Digital Temperature control Digital Timer 9+ cooking settings

Cons: Cooking rack is not fixed. The rack sits loosely such that it easily slides out as you are trying to remove food items and/or bake-ware which becomes very annoying and creates repeated opportunities for burn injuries to the hand/fingers. The temperature choice settings are only in 25 degree increments. 12" pizza stones will not fit in this oven.

Overall Review: I really like this oven. It is hard to find a toaster oven that toasts evenly but this one does. The various cooking modes have default settings which you can alter and adjust to your liking. Once a cook mode's setting is altered, those settings are remembered the next time you select that mode. While Cuisinart touts that the rack will move out when you open the door, this feature is achieved via the use of a couple of hooks on the inside of the toaster oven door which grab the rack when closing the door and pulls the rack partially out while opening the door. This feature only functions when the rack is in the center (#3) slot. I do not find this feature to be of that great of use. The one biggest negative, in my opinion, is the loose fit of the cooking rack. The rack, I presume to allow it to slide for the feature above in which the rack comes partially out when the door is open, sits loosely. While this may seem to be of small consequence, it has actually become a bigger nuisance than even I expected. It has caused repeated burn injury incidents for both myself and other household members. It has, in turn, resulted in spilled food and food dropped on the floor. Mind, that this is even when using cooking mitts and/or holders. Because the rack slides loosely it will often shift your cooking mitt/holder in such a way, when attempting to remove an item, that it results in exposing one's hand to burn injury despite the precaution of the mitt or holder. This sliding rack also makes removing pizza cooked directly on the rack extremely difficult. This is quite annoying as you want to use this oven for cooking pizza due to the pizza setting, which does a great job cooking pizza. I would definitely and gratefully give up the feature of the rack partially coming out when the door is opened for a rack that sat more firmly and remained in the slot when removing food.

Great picture, mixed feelings on functions - Addendum

LG 65UB9500 65" Class 4K Ultra HD 2160p 240Hz 3D Smart LED TV w/ WebOs
LG 65UB9500 65" Class 4K Ultra HD 2160p 240Hz 3D Smart LED TV w/ WebOs

Pros: Great picture. Blows me away with some blu-ray movies and even while I could stand to have a more up to day blu-ray player. 3D effect is impressive (real 3D from streaming so far as I have yet to purchase a 3D blu-ray player) and even the 2D to 3D conversion is impressive even though less than 'real 3D'. I figured the 2D to 3D conversion would be a cheesy, boxed dimensional effect, but it actually does a decent job of translating the items on the screen to their proper positions for the most part. The voice command on the remote has worked well and rarely misunderstands commands. It has a mini-jack for analog headphones/external speakers even though it is not mentioned on LG's specs.

Cons: Too many features regulated to menu control. Features such as changing Screen Aspect format require bringing up the menu to select the desired format rather than just cycling through quickly at the push of a button or cursor buttons. Likewise with selecting an input device (HDMI1, HDMI2, AV1, etc.) requires on-screen selection when it could have been done with an individual button. Most everything is on-screen menu driven which can be disturbing for other viewers who may not wish to have their viewing interrupted while you make a simple adjustment. This inefficient aspect is what I find it's biggest negative. The Wi-Fi seems to have a poorer reception compared to that of my Roku which is located at equal distance, but not enough to make it a major issue. The motion control on-screen cursor is to intimidating to my elderly family members to the point that they will often not bother with the TV if someone else hasn't already turned it on.

Overall Review: TV arrived on time and in very good condition included the box showing virtually no damage. Note about 3D viewing: 3D viewing is evidently designed for optimal viewing with the TV's center at eye-level. I have and electric-fireplace entertainment center which seats the TV at about 40" above the floor. It is, therefore, above eye-level when sitting and 3D edge alignment diverges at the upper area of the screen. It is very annoying, more prevalent with lower resolution images and the TV provides no settings to adjust for this divergence. There are no adverse affects at related to height for normal 2D viewing. But if you do not want to have this nuisance while viewing 3D, you may want to be mindful of the height of your own TV stand or the height at which you might plan to mount this TV on a wall.

Honest, helpful and more than fair

I received my new pc board VERY quickly. I was surprised that it really arrived overnight. I initially had a quality and compatibility issue with the board I received. FTVParts replaced the initial board I recieved and I was able to get the board to work with my TV model with their help. My TV is in working order now. I am very thankful.
