Pros: Heavy weight and cool heat spreader. Part of it has raised silver lettering. Passed Memtest+, not a single error. Works good with AMD board and CPU. Confident it will last forever.

Overall Review: Going to get a second 16gb kit next month. No complaints about the higher than avg. price. It's worth it.

Pros: Light changes color when charging is 100%. Nice texture, low noise. In Windows Bluetooth setup and pairing is less than 5 seconds.

Cons: Bluetooth disconnects frequently. Dropped the mouse 20" to tile floor and it broke into pieces.

Overall Review: Avoid this one, it won't last.

Overall Review: Some new laptops like Asus have secured the M.2 drive, where it cannot simply be upgraded, or even get the OS installed. Have to contact the mfg. to get a tool and probably a key.

Pros: The scans turn out good.

Cons: Scanner needs to be always on, even in sleep mode to work when needed. If it won't start a reboot is required. The two services in Windows, one Epson, the second Windows Imaging, are a big tax on the cpu even when the scanner is not in use. The hardware is good, the software is not.

Overall Review: Rather than kill the product, Epson should hire better programmers.

Pros: Norton is all new compared to 20 years ago.

Cons: Upsell for utilities and driver updater.

Overall Review: I have a lot of faith in Norton; the company has changed for the better.

Pros: The device has an all-metal housing, an attractive design, and modern functionality. Software updates are quick and straightforward using the MyAsus application. Asus provides a 12-month accident warranty at no charge.

Cons: A 2014 Canon laser printer could not install the driver with Snapdragon, but two other printers were installed in just a few minutes.

Overall Review: Snapdragon is very quick.
