The absolute best RX 6900XT out there
Pros: Card overclocks like a champ! It handles anything you throw at it, 4k, full settings, etc etc. Runs cool and quiet unless you get really aggressive with fan curve. Easy to install, I like the Software that enables 1 click maximum overclock.
Cons: Wish RGB controller worked with Corsair Icue. Tubes to rad could be longer. I know the Asus card has really long tubes for mega cases. Their website is pretty rough considering what this card cost.
Overall Review: I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to get as close to a 3090 as possible without actually paying over 3k for one. The card is beast mode!
Proprietary hookup stinks
Pros: -RGB is very colorful -Decent airflow
Cons: -proprietary hook ups. Only can be used with their own controllers.
Overall Review: Not recommended to other folks
Works well, even with the 4090
Pros: -bright RGB -Easily connects to the new rtx 4090 connector.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Great product.
Full of IO and Tasteful RGB
Pros: -Great IO, has everything you could want including thunderbolt 4! -RGB is tasteful and not way over the top like some boards. -The amount of NVME spots is huge and 1 of them is pcie 5.0 for future proof
Cons: -The magnetic heatsink over the top nvme slot is kinda meh. It's hard to get off and when you do its a pain to get it to sit right again. Just give the screws would have been easier. -should have made all connectors right angle ones like the usb 3.0 front ports.
Overall Review: Great board would recommend to everyone.
Great board in theory but didn't work out of the box
Pros: -Great layout -Easy setup
Cons: -Not a fan of the turned socket with the ram right above. a pain to run aio wires etc. -If you have to flash the bios without a cpu the board is very picky about which usb drives it will read. -RAM was jacked up out of the box.
Overall Review: I've been a long time EVGA fan. Going back to the nforce days. However the fact that this board cost over 700.00 and had a ram issue out of the box was crazy to me. Bios would not show full ram capacity, only 1 stick. If I pulled one stick for the other it wouldn't boot at all. I tried a different set of ram and it did a similar thing. At this point requested Refund RMA and I bought an Asus board instead. Sad day when this is the quality of stuff EVGA is putting out now.
BIG CHUNGUS BEAST
Pros: -Destroys any game thrown at it. I honestly didn't think I would see that much of a difference coming from at 3080ti FTW 3, however this thing is just absolutely beastly. -tasteful RGB, it's not all over the card but merely highlights it unlike a lot of others on the market. -runs cool even under overclock, have yet to see the thing go above 70 degrees C, for a card this size and this powerful that is a testament to the cooling system -The card is sturdy I didn't even need to use the retention bracket as it was level and solid right to the case.
Cons: -The fact that we are paying $1500+ for a graphics card is pretty crazy, this card imo should be know more than $1200. However Nvidia thinks its going to be the next Apple and can just charge what they want. -Size wise this thing is ginormous! It dwarfs even my E-ATX Dark Motherboard which is hard to do.
Overall Review: -I would recommend grabbing this up if its in stock. There's no reason to go to the higher versions unless you want liquid cooling. -I bought a different power adapter that let me plug in all 4 pci-e cables to the card. -Make sure your case can fit the card.
