Pros: I have never owned a laptop before and finally convinced my wife it was time. Powered up right away linked to my wireless network immediately. Great graphics. Added a 2GB stick so I have 3GB now. Very nice screen, overall look is pleasing, not very much extra software that I needed to remove. So far I really like it.

Cons: Windows Vista - wish it would have come with XP. I will use it for bit longer but if I don't like it I may reformat with XP...

Cons: Even after I added another 4 gigs of RAM to get it up to 8 it runs very slow on Windows Professional 7. I had to turn off a bunch of stuff to speed it up. Also - the internet connection to our in-house wifi typically only gets up to 3 bars when all of our other laptops, tablets etc... will have 5 bars at all times. Since this is a brand new computer there isn't much I can do to speed up the wifi connection that I'm aware of. It is frustrating though that my 5 year old laptop loads webpages and has a better connection than this brand new one.

Overall Review: I'm going to have a friend that owns a computer shop look at this laptop and see if he can spot anything wrong with it that can be fixed to help speed up the wifi connection. I'm also going to check with my internet carrier about possibly updating to a new modem if it doesn't cost much...

Pros: Have already reviewed this but needed to add something and couldn't find out how to edit my last review.

Cons: I am very disappointed in the battery life over the last week. I have been lucky to get 2 1/2 hours out of a full charge just surfing the net... I dropped this computer to 4 eggs from my original post of 5 eggs because of this.

Pros: Slim, great color and design, fits my laptop well. Two zippered pockets one for my laptop and the other for accessories. Love it !!

Pros: Put it two 4-gig for a total of 8-gig in my new Toshiba Laptop. Recognized immediately. My laptop is flying now!!

Cons: None - but should have bought two 8-gig Kingston memory instead.

Pros: I added 4gig to this machine and it really goes. Setup was quick and easy. Really like the speed while browsing the internet. Video looks great.

Cons: The keyboard is small and my big fingers are going to have to get used to it. I hear battery life isn't as good as some but won't be able to report on this for a few weeks on my experience. Sucks that Window 7 starter doesn't allow any type of background besides the standard backgrounds.

Overall Review: I was initially frustrated with this computer as the first one I rcvd from Newegg was defective but I returned it and got my new one within a week. I'm very happy with the service of Newegg because of this.
