Good Value

Pros: Very inexpensive; setup was very easy. I networked three computers in less than 15 minutes. My goal was to provide internet access throughout the house via connection sharing. My first download test indicated a speed of 2009 kilobits per second.
Cons: You must have a free electrical outlet for each unit. As such, I wish the supplied USB cables were longer.
Overall Review: This solution may not provided the fastest connections, but at this price, it is quite the bargain. I have no regrets.
I wish they would work on drivers

Pros: Could be a very good value for the money: provides midi, xlr, 1/4 inputs.
Cons: They can't be bothered to provide drivers for Vista, and no work around currently exists. So now I have a paperweight rather than a usable piece of hardware. If you use XP, the product will work, but with a good deal of quirkiness.
Overall Review: I opened an incident with customer service. They were extraordinarily secretive about when or if they would provide Vista drivers. Rather than answering my questions, they unceremoniously terminated my customer support incident without asking me or resolving the issue. I am hoping that I might be able to speak to someone over there who cares about their customers sometime soon.
Wrong item sent, but I have to pay shipping?
They sent the wrong item, and I had to pay $11 shipping to return it and wait for the replacement. I really hope that the next one they send is correct. If I have to send it back again, that's a significant amount of what the item costs.
