Amazing
Pros: Great overclocker. Running at 2.4GHz with stock voltage. My configuration seems the best for this baby: MSI Neo 2 Platinum nForce3 Pro 2 x 1GB Corsair XMS DDR550 Everest shows memory read 7480MB/s timing 2-3-3-6 CR1 and latency of 48ns, which exceeds most of the DDR2 AMD or Intel systems
Cons: None
Overall Review: Still using AGP and BFG 7800GS With this CPU and configuraton I don't really need to move from socket 939, AGP and DDR to AM2, PCI-E and DDR2 AMD forever!
Great device
Pros: Great compatibility USB 3.0 speed
Cons: Cable from brick to HDD way too short. If you keep the HDD on a table and connect it, the brick will hang in the air pulling the HDD which can eventually fall on the floor and get damaged
Overall Review: Lost one star because cable length
Pros: Amazingly fast! Here are loading time samples: Win7 Ultimate 64-bit 10 sec Firefox load time <1 sec, almost instant! Microsoft Word 2010 1 sec Adobe Photoshop CS5 3 sec Sony Vegas 10 5 sec
Cons: None so far or wait... may be the size :)
Overall Review: You can't go wrong with this drive. This is my first time interacting in details with a SSD drive and I can say it trow me in a different world of personal computing. I've always trusted Corsair products for their quality and reliability and so did this time. I can't be happier, hope it will last. Make sure you setup your windows settings manually for SSD drive (search Google), it's very important for the best speed and drive's life span
This chip rocks
Pros: AMD, Blazing fast, high performance, real quad core, unlocked multiplier
Cons: Price, 43C idle on stock speed with stock cooler and Arctic Silver 5
Overall Review: If you are going to use the stock cooler, wipe the stock thermal compound and use Arctic Silver 5 for lower idle/load temps. If you plan to overclock, you better get Zalman cooler
Good board
Pros: Nice little board with good features and good design
Cons: If you don't flash to the lastest BIOS you gonna have problem when booting /blank screen with flashing cursor at top left corner/
Overall Review: So far I built more than 20 pc with this board, AMD X2 4200+ and 2GB Corsair XMS. Make sure to flash the latest BIOS or boot problems
Good case
Pros: The two 120mm fans front and back plus 80mm side fan are doing good job. Nice air flow. Case temperature just 3-4C more than the room temp. The filtered front fan take care about cooling your hard drives which is nice. Very good design, clear window, top USB ports. Buy it My system: AMD Opteron 165 Dual Core 2x1MB cache MSI Neo2 K8N Platinum Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2 XFX 6600GT 128MB AGP 74GB WD Raptor 10,000rpm SATA 200GB Maxtor 7200 Ultra 133
Cons: If you already installed everything inside, it's a bit hard to mount hard drive on the few top rails
Overall Review: Thermaltake, they have very good products. Thinking of buying BIG WATER cooling for my Opteron 165. Only NEWEGG very fast shipping
