Pros: Works as promised.

Cons: As with any motorized dead bolt lock, the mechanical alignment of the parts must be perfect. The drive motor does not have enough power to open or close anything but perfect alignment.

Overall Review: After 1 plus years and adding the +option I have removed the lock and retired it to the work bench. When it worked it was convent, BUT it was a constant battle to keep it functional. The key fob would work one week at a time, and the phones would last about a month, both Apple and Android. I had to constantly readdress to keep things working. Not worth the trouble !!!! Installed a keypad deadbolt no more problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: DUE TO THE BIOS NOT SUPPORTING THE CPU PHENOM II X4 965 . I HAVE TRIED TO LOAD 3303 BIOS BUT NO LUCK. I NOW HAVE A LOT OF $$ IN JUNK!!

Overall Review: SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT NEWEGG SELLS WILL NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX. I THINK I CAN FIND A MOBO THAT WILL WORK WITH MY CPU, BUT NOT AT NEWEGG.

Received item in a normal time rate. Product looked to of good quality. But the hardware required to assemble was missing. The hardware included spacers etc. to correctly assemble the product, a lot of parts. After contacting the vendor it was decided that I should return the Item for a refund and reorder if I chose. I agreed and the sent me a rma and prepaid postage label. I am presently waiting to see my credit show up on my account. They say it may take 30 days ? I may reorder the item after I see my credit. If I needed this item in a timely manor I would be very up set at this point. But luckily it not a big deal, yet. Although my patience it being tested...
