I had to put the old dog down finally
Pros: This board, it was absolutely the best board I've ever known. I built this in 2002 when we heard we were going to have our first child. I built it figuring I would now be a home body with my child. It's 2014 and I just powered it down tonight and disassembled it. I almost shed a tear for what I was doing, but it's time. It has served me and my family so much longer then I ever figured it would. I used it for 6 years then I gave it to my first born son, who was the reason I built it in the first place.
Cons: Computers that get outdated and become useless. Abit went away and what was once the leader of enthusiast motherboards doesn't exist.
Overall Review: I'm going to mount the motherboard in a frame and hang it up! It deserves as much for how well it did my family for 12 years. Thank you!
AVOID IT

Pros: Big! Great picture...when it's not frozen!
Cons: It freezes up, a lot. Google this model and you see it mentioned again and again.
Overall Review: I spent a lot of money on a TV that is flawed and I'm stuck with it. Firmware updates that I was told would fix the issue made it better but it freezes a couple of times a week and even a couple of times in one day. Most expensive TV I own with the worst reception. I have an old Sony that I spent half as much on that works better. An LG I salvaged from the garbage and soldered a new capacitor in and bought a remote for is the best TV in my house and that's sad.
2013 and it's still going strong! Now 2018 and still going!! Scratch that, 2019!!

Pros: This has been a great MB and in 2013 is still capable of playing anything and doing it very well on high or very high settings. Liked it so much I build my son a 4770k Haswell Sabertooth and I'm looking into the 2011 Rampage IV Extreme Black Edition with and Ivy-E in it.
Cons: Support for this and all MB's is rather short for products that last beyond 5 years. Needs to have support for upto 10 years as it seems my computers can last that long. Abit IC7max3 still going strong 12 years later, won't die! Decommissioned this one, just couldn't keep up.
Overall Review: ASUS and all MB manufacturers need to support their products with updates for 10 years, bios, sound, etc drivers. UPDATE: I've got it running 16gb of RAM and it's still playing games and going strong for my wife!! I LOVE THIS RIG!!! Update 2019: The wife is playing Ghost Recon Wild lands and a few other games on it, using it for business, and it's still kickin tail!!
Disappointed

Pros: Great performance and great image.....however
Cons: I've had it less two weeks and the screen has started to flicker.....it's getting worse! I googled it and low and behold this is a known issue with this monitor. I'm deeply disappointed. After owning two ASUS monitors that are 5 and 10 years old and an HP that's 15 years old all of which still work great, I'm just flat disappointed that a $700 purchase could be this bad. I know you get a dud every once in a while but man this is just depressing.
Great buy for $109.99

Pros: When I bought this drive there were no reviews and it was only $109.99! Great speed, good quality, at a great price!
Cons: The price went up and might again!
Overall Review: I will post if anything bad happens or in a year if it's still great!
Sheeple need not buy

Pros: Great card with great cooling and great day to day performance and reliability at a great price point!
Cons: Those people who think .5gb of VRAM is going to gimp anything but the most seriously over clocked system. You don't need to OC this card for great stable performance. People who cry when their lack of knowledge has caused them an issue and they blame the wrong part for their failings. Hey I got news for you people, if you plan to OC you should probably spend the money on the big gun 980 and shut up.
Overall Review: Seriously you are going to cry over .5GB of VRAM? Lots of people freaked out and shipped the cards back and cried. I bought one right away, didn't listen to the people crying about "The Sky is Falling" because I know what's up instead of being a lemming. It's a great card, great price point, great performance and was hurt by Sheeple with no sense.
