Pros: Great quality! I am always skeptical when it comes to bluetooth and/or speakerphone options. I was pleasantly surprised that this had remarkable quality when using it as a phone. (iPhone 4S) Audio works well, and I was able to find a clear station no problem. Set up was extremely easy and installed in less than a minute. I have an older car, so this seemed like a sure fire deal w/o an AUX port in my car. VERY IMPRESSED! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality alternative to installing an AUX port into a car.

Cons: Only one (SMALL) complaint. If I had to find something "wrong" is that I seem to have to turn up the volume quite high in my car to get the volume I am used to. This isn't a huge problem and could be my car not the equip. Still would recommend this purchase.
