great deal

Pros: 25 bucks after rebate. (assuming everything goes ok with rebate) Plays at 720p perfectly. Using with a Dell 530 with stock power supply and XP. No problems with power or drivers, runs great and quiet.
Cons: None at this price.
Overall Review: Yeah it has DDR2 but you cannot beat this card if your trying to stay cheap. Twenty five dollar total upgrade.
sync issues.

Pros: sound is quality. remote works with almost everything.
Cons: hdmi will pass cable and/or satellite but won't sync with blueray players. tried Panasonic and Phillips. hdmi should always work and this reciever has issues.
Easy as can be

Pros: Easy swap for a Toshiba Satellite a505. Performs perfect and got here quick.
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: For 30-35 bucks, why not?
better than expected

Pros: Sound is rich and full. No crackling or buzzing when the volume is changed like the Altec it replaced.
Cons: Volume control nob seems flimsy and is my guess for the weakest link.
Overall Review: For the price, sound exceded expectations. What more can you say?
Great Choice

Pros: Dollar to performance: got to be a leader! Cool, stays around 28C with stock heatsink and thermal paste in a cheap Rosewill case. Perfect brain for a powerful budget box.
Cons: Never goes on sale!
Overall Review: I like intel alot, but this owns the ~75 dollar range. No competition for it.
ASUS Luck

Pros: I continue to have great luck with ASUS products and this is no exception. Worked first time, no trouble shooting required. Board is sturdy and well designed for the money.
Cons: Expected alittle more out of modern onboard video chips, been awhile since I used one. A low cost GT240 should make this a budget slam dunk though.
Overall Review: Set it up with a triple core 3.1Ghz Rana and 8Gb of gskill, made a great combo for a low price.
