Pros: none

Cons: Extremely noisy fan makes this unacceptable. The noise is very noticeable as soon as it is plugged in and does not go away. Built in slope of the unit magnifies the existing slope of the the docking unit for my Dell Laptop making it hard to type on. I did not expect this built in lift. I intend to return the unit.
