Pros: All 4 ive bought worked out the box. No problems yet.

Cons: Newegg lists it as ST31500341AS. First 3 i got were that. The new one i got is a ST31500343AS. Google shows nothing of the part number and i dont know the diffrence. Maybe its seagate changing to the 3yr warranty drives? Hope not.

Pros: None

Cons: Missing the cable that is apparently worth more than the unit. Newegg pulled these cables as seagate says they DID come with them in the box to sell seperate and didnt give anybody a heads up. I can understand the USB cable costing money but being its a ESATA drive it should have the proper connector.

Pros: Good feel, layout. Nice texture on the mouse and the batterys appear to be holding up very well.

Cons: USB 3.0 port issues.. It randomly will let me type when plugged into a usb 3.0. All the of the special keys and the mouse work perfect. But the regular keys would randomly stop. Had to install a USB 2.0 card into the PC to plug this into so this issue would stop. No idea the reasoning to why this has problems but it makes me think of the iphone/usb 3.0 port issues.

Pros: Compared to the other big companys ive dealt with over the years it does alot better at detecting and protecting.

Cons: They allow other company's to sell "un-enabled" keys for there software and wont let they be used even tho they show in there system 365 days remaining and wont enable them. From newegg I haven't had this issue but other big box stores I have and they have referred me to "iyogi" who is known to mess up your stuff worse than before.

Pros: Don't know anymore....

Cons: So right now we are having a slight high voltage issue. still safe for most items but its not normal. It runs off the battery and will NOT recharge. I got about 7 minutes of power than everything shut down and it says battery 1% on the lcd screen. What a joke when cheap tripplite stuff can do better.

Pros: Have had 7 of them so far. Maybe another 6 in the next couple of weeks. No problems in operation.

Cons: One came with a huge scratch of paint missing, another with a huge X on the side.. All cosmetic tho.

Overall Review: Dont know what problem the other guy was having. Maybe it was a newegg sold one and not a US Micro. I pay a little extra to avoid the sold by newegg because of many complaints ive seen.
