Pros: Easy to install, driver disk installs everything you need easy and works great. Has an overclocking utility that with 2 clicks and a reboot allows you to try to unlock additional hidden cores on multicore amd chips. My Phenom X2 unlocked both cores and now I have a X4 for less than half the price!

Cons: Had problems with the update utility that comes on the driver disk. As soon as it updates the Easy Tune 6 utilility (the one that lets you overclock from windows and unlock additional cores) the program wouldn't work anymore. Uninstalled the update app because you can't keep it from updating the software automatically that I could figure out. Other than that, a great board

Pros: Easy to install, unlocked 2 more cores just by clicking a button in the motherboard utility and rebooting! so an x4 for the same price as an x2, but 3.2ghz instead of the similar model x4's only 3.0.

Overall Review: haven't overclocked yet, still getting all my software reinstalled.
