Great card at an even better price!

Pros: I had been leaning towards the 7870 for a while now, and was considering buying for $280 less than a month ago. Now at $220 I couldn't help but get it. The card is a beast, and well built. 20 min of Furmark @ 1080p extreme burn yielded temps in the mid 60s.. Incredible. Fan speed stayed under 50%. The main game I bought this card for was BF3. I wanted to upgrade before Armored Kill came out, and it will not dissapoint. I am getting 40-60FPS on ULTRA @ 1080p, with just about everything turned all the way up. All other games just get murdered by it (MW2 plays at well over 100fps) Very impressive card for ~$200. Sleeping dogs looks great, especially with the HD texture DLC.
Cons: It is a little large, but once its in, its in.
Overall Review: I have bought 5 HIS graphics card (1 HD2600XT, 3 HD5770s, and this HD7870). Of them all I have only had problems with 2, 1 was still under warranty and was quickly replaced. If anything, the build quality of their cards is improving with every generation. PC Specs: Intel Core i5 2500k @ 4.2ghz 8gb DDR3 1600mhz MSI P67 ATX mobo OCZ ModXStream 600w PSU 1TB Samsung HDD Windows 7 Pro x64 Just get it, way better than a 660ti for the money!
Just works

Pros: Great price, has everything I need/want. ATX.
Cons: Had a minor issue when installing, but this was fixed when I reseated my graphics card.
Overall Review: Good value. I haven't had any stability issues running my 2500k @ 4ghz.
Just buy it already

Pros: Fast, affordable, stable. This processor is pretty great. I easily overclocked it to 4.0ghz (using hyper n 212+ and arctic silver). Handles everything as expected, BF3 runs about 40fps faster than it did with my Phenom II x2 @ 3.7ghz. If you're on the fence, just buy it.
Cons: The price hasn't gone down really since launch. And it's an Intel processor. I'm an AMD fanboy, but I couldn't justify buying Bulldozer. I'm sorry AMD :(
Overall Review: Great processor.
Good Hardrive

Pros: Bought this as a system disk for a new Sandy Bridge pc. I got it right before the flooding in Asia, so I only paid $60. It is fast enough for me. I used the same drive in a friend's rig about 7 months ago, and its still going strong, just as expected.
Cons: Sorta loud if you're in a really silent room. Price right now is extreme.
Overall Review: I would try to wait on hardrive purchases, but if you need a drive, I would buy this one. I have bought 3 samsung drives in the past year and a half, and they've all been great. I prefer them over WD.
Great

Pros: Got them for under $40, and they're fast. Excellent value.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Bought these for a new Sandy Bridge build. These were the third set of G-Skill ram that I have bought in the past couple of years, and they've all been great. I would buy again.
Good with modification

Pros: Good little 80mm fan for a few bucks. Not super loud, and moves tons of air.
Cons: A little loud for my application, but I solved it with a volt modification.
Overall Review: I needed an 80mm fan to cool the ram in my minecraft server/home theater pc. With the fan running at 12 volts it was too loud for my basement, so I did a voltage modification on the psu cord. Now it runs at 7 volts, still cools the server, and is as quiet as our surround sound receiver. Just google "7 volt fan modification" I bought 4 of them.
