Pros: Works fine with stock 300 watt power supply even though it suggests 350 watt on specs. Now I can play newer games that wouldn't work on original G33 onboard video.

Cons: Crashes computer in 3D applications. RMA to repair but they sent it back in same condition. Will try RMA again. Installed on 3 different computers same problem. Also haven't received rebate either.

Overall Review: Too much time and money wasted on defective product. Going with ATI card next time.

Pros: Dell Vostro 200 upgraded from stock 1.8 Ghz processor with no troubles except below. I can run newer games now with no problems!

Cons: Had to use original Dell heatsink and fan because the supplied Intel unit doesn't fit the Dell Foxconn G33MO2 motherboard.

Overall Review: Dell website doesn't indicate this processor as an upgrade but sockets are same and BIOS works fine but no overclock or tweaks.
