Overall Review: I am a generally happy with it. For the most part, it works well and smoothly. Since the Windows 11 update, which was done shortly after the laptop was purchased almost a year and a half ago, there have been two occasional issues. Sometimes it seems slightly sluggish. It takes an extra second or few for programs to open or re-act, or the cursor to respond. Also, if a quickly copy and paste successive files, suddenly File Explorer collapses along with the Task Bar which for a couple of seconds disappears and shuts down. Then a few seconds later when it's available again, I have to re-open the couple of File Explorers I had opened before and resume copy/pasting.

Overall Review: One battery worked and the other one would not get charged. As always, Newegg was great with the refund.

Overall Review: I have been running McAfee on my PC for several years and I keep renewing every year because I have had no issues during this time. I renewed the protection again for one more year, since everything went well again this past year (2021-22).

Pros: It is easy to use and works well.

Cons: It takes a couple of seconds to read/open what I click

Overall Review: It is practical, I would buy it again because I need it but keep in mind that when you click on something to open, it takes a few seconds to react, it is not as quick as a hard drive connected directly to the mother board.

Overall Review: I have owned it for about 5 months now and love it. All the specs as you see them make it what it is and so far no problems whatsoever.
