Pros: Worked like a Charm, Motherboard detected it right away without having to change any settings. Product arrived in perfect condition, worked and looked just as described.

Cons: None for me. Though Ive noticed a lot of people didn't notice it would require a SATA power connection. Might want to be a little clearer on that just so people dont get confused.

Overall Review: Just a side note, your motherboard does have to be able to boot from other devices to take advantage of Booting from this Item. I was using a SATA port on my Mobo, then moved my Boot drive over to this, and my Mobo, a ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z, detected and booted from it right away, without even having to change boot order.

Pros: Case had USB 3 Headers, Motherboard did not. These Cables were the Solution.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: Definitely recommended if your Mobo doesn't have USB 3.0 Headers. A cheap fix to allow you to use all your USB ports.
