Pros: 8 port gigabit switch. Like the fact that the port indicator lights are on top of the box. This allows the switch to be mounted on the wall cleanly in any direction and still be able to see the port lights.

Overall Review: It's a switch, plug in and go. Doesn't get any easier then this. Newegg fast processing and shipping always a plus!

Cons: This is a nit. With all the features this has, vlan would have been nice. It indirectly has it as you can isolate your network from the Guest SSID. Why not go just a bit further?

Pros: I purchaced this receiver to power my new multimedia room. Some of the highlights for me are the 4 HDMI inputs, 2nd Zone speaker output, sirius compatable, Audyssey calibration and that it will convert the various audio/video inputs and push through the HDMI output. This was great for me as then I only had to purchace a very long HDMI cable to my projector instead of multiple very long cables for each type of video input.

Cons: I read a con that it doesn't make coffee but you could fry an egg and some bacon on it with the heat it puts out. :-) This is only a minor inconvience really, as there are numerous inexpensive options to counteract this if you have your reciever in an enclosed space. I've not come across anything that is a negative for this receiver. I've also not had any issues with my auto subwoofer "popping" when turning on or off the receiver.

Overall Review: I'm extremely pleased with this receiver. I'm using this to power JBL's SCS145.5 speakers and push the video to a Panasonic PT-AX200U projector. The Audyessey calibration tool I also found worked well in setting up my speakers for my room. As always, excellent Newegg service and delivery was fast.
