Pros: I wanted to buy a commercial grade PC for our home PC having worked with them a lot in my business. It didn't matter if it was a few years old, most will still be far better than what you get at the big box stores. I like dells build quality and the comparison charts made it easy to pick out what options I could get for the price. The PC arrive very quickly, was in perfect, like-new shape and it was easy to configure.

Cons: My kids play some games that must require major video resources (Sims?) When they try to play the game, the video gets weird. My unit is a very compact one without the ability to add a video board. I thought the built in video would be sufficient but apparently not. Fortunately, that's not why I bought this unit, so it's not much of a concern but be aware if that's what you do.

Overall Review: I'd highly recommend Price, free shipping and condition of product all excellent If I were to do it again, I might get a mini tower with expansion slots instead of a compact unit
