Overall Review: I chose this case because I value silence, but I was also wary of compromising the temperature of the components. To improve the temperature within the case, I used the "fan compatibility" page from the manual to order "be quiet !"140mm fans for all the available mount points. It turned out that there's a mistake on that page of the manual and the PSU shroud mount can only take a 120mm. Since I bought both the case and the fans from be quiet, I figured it would be easy for them to do an exchange for a 120mm fan since I had no use for the extra 140mm fan. Their support wasn't helpful, they reiterated that the PSU shroud only takes a 120mm fan and never said they would fix the mistake in the manual. They told me to return the 140mm to the retailer even though I didn't have a good justification for returning it since there was nothing wrong with the fan.
