Pros: Very solid sturdy and sexy looking
Cons: very very poor write speeds. Advertises 130MB/s transfer speed, but no where including the manufacturers page can you find a break down of the separate read/write speed rating for this product. Max write speed I was able to test was up to 16.6 MB/s . My 4 year old external hard drive copied the same set of files through the same port at 152MB/s. Nearly 10X faster
Overall Review: support for this product is none existent. Trying to get the info through Samsung support required I give them the serial #. No where on the package or on the drive it's self is there a serial# printed anywhere. If your drive dies, good luck getting them to warranty it
Pros: looks nice, decient specs for the price
Cons: I ordered 5 to re-sell and two were defective. one simply would not turn on, was not operational at all. tried charging for a couple hours thinking it just shipped with a bad battery, but not the case. On the second the camera did not work.
Overall Review: Don't buy. you have a 40% chance you'll recieve a defective product
Pros: Great layout
Cons: NO cpu/gpu over volting option so anyone planning on overclocking will be seriously hindered by this
Overall Review: The HDMI out must be manualy enabled via a set of jumpers on the motherboard similar to the jumpers used to clear CMOS but much larger and near the cpu
Pros: Top notch customer service. I've never had an RMA replacement go so smoothley and fast. Mouse tracks fairly smooth and has a comfortable fit
Cons: First mouse I recieved the scroll wheel did not work. The replacement I recieved within a week of sending the RMA request works great :-)
Pros: Fantastic performance per dollar. Stays cool and fairly silent.
Cons: Died after 3 days, screen now looks like playing an old VHS tape thats way out of focus.
Overall Review: Hopefully there RMA process goes smoth an doesnt take forever. Will update after I recieve replacement.
Pros: The problem with the audio for me an I'm sure many others is a default setting in the HD VDECK app that installs with the audio driver. By default there's a setting that's set to deactivate all other audio ports if headphones are detected, but for some reason with this option on it causes the front and rear audio ports to conflict with each other regrdless of what kind of audio device is plugged in. By dissabling this option both front and rear ports work fine now.
Cons: Lack of north-bus frequincy control in bios. Placement of sata ports
Pros: THESE WORK IN ANY SYSTEM OUT THERE.....PERIOD!!...Cheap and decient speed when they work and look great in the case.
Cons: about 20% of these are DOA when I get them and simply won't post an be stable at any speed, timing or voltage on any system. Don't believe there statement that these are individualy 100% Tested and Verified, but there cheap enough it's worth the gamble and patiot is great about RMAing there products as I never seem to use them in a build in time to do an RMA though NEWEGG
Overall Review: DON'T!!! listen to the reviews saying these don't work with AMD platform. I build custom pc's at a store in my home town an have bought more than 10 sets of these for builds with AMD systems anywhere from an unlocked sempron 145 to the new FX chips as well as intels sandy bridge chips. Ram is ram anymore, there's no such thing as ram that only works on particular platforms anymore aside from high voltage ram on sandybridge platforms if your scared to go over 1.65v
Pros: Simply the easiest micro heli to control I've ever had. Tuffer than it looks, it can take quite a beating
Cons: none at this price range
Overall Review: The better batteries you use in the controller the longer flight time you get. I got 10 minutes flight with new set of duracells. Each consecutive recharge has less n less flight time as the batteries in the controllers charge decreases
Pros: Seems indistructable, much much easier to control than the mini foam airhog heli i had before this. Crazy brite LEDs on the front make it fun to play with in the dark, the cats hate me now, lol.
Cons: short flight time: 5 minutes
Overall Review: overall this things amazing for the price, but could have longer flight time, air time of only about 5 minutes
Pros: fit n finish, beautiful os
Cons: hate how it's constantly asking for administrative permission to do anything. Over priced
Overall Review: Windows was the most expensive component in my last budget build. tisk tisk
Pros: My mom loves it :)
Cons: cheap materials
Overall Review: We mounded the fertilizer in the bottom flower pot to help anchore it. Make sure it's secures very well, this thing is extreamy light and made cheap, if you alow it to fall over after it's set up I have no doubt that it'll brake into many pieces
Pros: this things awesome. from the time I hit the power button I'm up and on the internet in 30 seconds with windows 7 ultimate
Overall Review: more than enough room to hold everything I need aside from all my movies
Pros: suit n tie look, nice n classy
Cons: I purchased 4X2gb. one of the sticks were dead. i was able to boot with two of the other sticks but had stability issues. Put my old OCZ reaper sticks back in.
Overall Review: Expensive. almost double the price of what you can get 4 gb or DDR3 for
Pros: Can power anything and it's quite as a mouse. People complain that it's not fully modular, but I used every cable that was permanently fixed to it.
Cons: I needed about 4 more inches on most the cables to have been able to do a full wire tuck
Pros: lots of features and customizability for the money. Never skips, even on the roughest of roads. looks classy
Cons: At this price, are you kidding???? Ok well the buttons on the left side of the panel do feel a little cheap
Overall Review: but hey, $60 shipped, that's ubber cheap for what you get. I'm buying two more when there back on sale for my other rigs
Pros: visuals are simply amazing, I wish the gameplay and story line was as brilliant
Cons: Kind of a short game and wish it wasn't so linier. Even though it's not multi player you can't play without an internet conection
Overall Review: Was a free download with a GTX470 so how can I not throw it 5 eggs. With everything maxed out this is one of the best looking games I've ever played
Pros: was free with a camera I purchased for my mom last xmas. Has held up fine and fits everything that goes with her camera.
Overall Review: GO Newegg :)
Pros: Works, even after 3 years of steady use. lots of watts/dollar
Overall Review: I half expected this to die in the first couple months of ownership because how cheap it looked n felt and the few coins i paid for it, but it pleasantly supprized me :)
Pros: quiet when fan speed turned down, seems to move alot of air. running strong after 4 years
Cons: can get LOUD! when fan speed is turned up and lights get brighter to, almost with there was an off button just for the lights, I put 5 of these in my case and the thig gets so bright it looks as if it's radioactive
Overall Review: I manualy deactivated the lights with unreasonable force, hahahaha. I started using my pc and durring movies and whatnot the light were simply to much. But love the fans. Move lots of air even when turned down
Pros: Works. I'm rite in the middle of town and have moved twice with it. If your in a multi story building and your a couple stories up it works wonderfully.
Cons: If your on ground level, even in a one story building, reception is shotty unless you pin it to your cealing as I did with tacks and some string, looked a little funny, but hey..... I was the only one in the apartment with a clear picture and I was only 8 miles from the broadcasting tower
Overall Review: I believed this was origionally advertised to recieve signal up to 50 miles away................baaaaaahahahahaha. You need to live within 10 miles of a broadcasting tower to get a clear picture, obstructions in the way of signal or not..... priod
Pros: I loaded my apevia cruizer case with five of these. after a year one of the light started flashing like a strobe light and lasted for a day before dying completely, wierdest thing i ever saw, fan still works though and 4 years all still going strong
Cons: Loud when fan speed turned up 100%
Overall Review: lights in these are brighter than I thought they'd be, but if fan speed is turned down, the lights din too.
Pros: 4 years of being rolled up, moved around and used with different system and still maked good connection
Pros: 4 years now in a budget build pc that has been handed down twice through the family after I built and still kicking
Pros: I picked these up on a shell shocker deal. Runs just fine at the posted timing and speed although I had to enter bios and manualy set. Thats a motherboard problem, not a ram problem people for those that knock an egg off because your system doesnt autodetect them at the appropriat speeds.
Overall Review: For the price when they have there rebates on these they can't be beat :)
Pros: wow, I got way more than I expected after reading some of the bad reviews and buying anyway. Cable management in this thing is simply amazing even better than my other computer using an Antec nine hundred and looked really proffesional inside when I was done. assembling.
Cons: The stealth door is a joke, I just mounted my drive below it as the top fan location is unusable if i drive is in it anyway. Would be nice if they would include an external 5.25 to 3.5" drive adapter although they can be found elseware
Overall Review: Picked this up for $29 after a combo deal and rebates. Can't be beat for the price.
