Pros: This card o/c's like a beast. got 10,227 in 3dmark06. Great score for a budget price.
Cons: the stock fan was a bit high pitched, nothing overall distracting. I replaced the cooling anyway.
Overall Review: running in setup: e2180@3ghz, 2gb mushkin ram, asus p5k, 850watt psu.
Really wanted to like it....

Pros: Ok so this is a powerfull card (or cards). When working, it produces some amazing framerates with high detail
Cons: The reason I docked this card is b/c it is temperamental and would just crash randomly during games. I had a subpar psu in the rig at first- and upon speaking with tech support they advised I change out the power supply. I then purchased a 850w top notch psu--and the crashes would still appear from time to time. Tried newest 178.13 drivers along with several other drivers--
Overall Review: Also, I did a clean install of Winxp and Vista 64, same problem on both Os's while I was gaming on crysis, crysis warhead and Bioshock. Its the card, plain and simple--but I couldve gotten a dud?
Core Contact = Core Goodness

Pros: Keeps Q6600 OC'd to 3.2ghz (GO step) at 45c idle and 60c load (running 4 threads of prime95). I really did like the way that this unit attaches to the mobo--much easier than the twist and turn pin mumbo jumbo of the stock cooler
Cons: Big-- I used on a asus p5q-deluxe board and pointed the fan upwards to vent out of my top fan (which was fourtunate b/c thats the only way it would fit to me!?)
Overall Review: paired with some Arctic Silver 5, let the good times roll :)
Great monitor

Pros: Great monitor-- no dead pixels, even brightness, very minimal bleeding. I have a small desk and need to fit a desktop setup and laptop on it--so a 19" monitor with 1680x1050 desktop space was a no brainer. Games look awesome--and the styling on the unit is pretty cool
Cons: didn't buy it sooner
Overall Review: I have been through a ton of monitors recently and this has been my favorite! You get a great picture and the unit itself does not take up your entire desk (recently sold a 24" b/c it was monsterous!!!)
Great Cpu

Pros: Great cpu. Paired with a Asus p5Q- deluxe can easily do 3.2ghz.
Cons: um one more stock cooler for the recycle bin?
Overall Review: paired up with p5q-deluxe, sunbeam core contact cooler, corsair xms2 ddr2 800mhz ram, mmmmmm good stuff
Why was this bundled with a 9800gx2?

Pros: active pfc
Cons: expensive for a 550w, not enough power on the +12v rails, and NOT ENOUGH TO POWER A 9800GX2! I have no idea why this was bundled with that card?
Overall Review: This unit does not have a 8-pin pci-e plug & manufactures state that the 9800GX2 should be paired with no less than a 600w psu.
