HP Dl580

Pros: HP DL580's are top of the line HP servers, very fast, and very pwerfull, Hard to beat for a real VMWare ESX invornment
Cons: Heavy
Overall Review: To the last post: This is a server, not a dektop, it's ment to be rebootted at MOST once every few months. Thus they take time to come up, but once up, they stay up.
Enthusiast avoid like the plague!

Pros: For pros, I can say that the main thing that drew me to this case was the design, with a –decent- price tag. The idea of air blowing up across the Video cards and CPU cooler made me think this would be an awesome case, great for most applications.
Cons: The case has many issues for anyone looking for –the- case. The design is a good idea; however the lackluster fans provided fall way short of where they should be considering the size. Finding replacement fans is next to impossible as only Silverstone seems to make 180mm fans. During normal game play with Two GTX280’s, my GPU temps would climb to 88-95C. VReg temps also soared uncontrollably. VReg Temps climed to 80-85C. Lastly, my case could be faulty, but my expansion slots failed to line up properly, allowing me to barley mount my video cards, and leaving me unable to properly mount my sound card at all..
Overall Review: I recently ditched this case for a Cooler Master HAF, something I suggest anyone looking to build a real computer does. This thing will work great for anyone looking to put lackluster equipment in it, but anything with oomph will be fried before you get a chance to use it! Switch to the CM HAF dropped video temps under load to 67C, VReg to 40-50C (Down from 80). Now I can finally OC it! Current setup: i7 920, Evga 758 x3 SLI, 6G Corsair Dominator, 2x Evga GTX280, Corsair TX750, Corsair H50 (Cpu Watercooler Which is why I didn't mention CPU temps, though they also dropped a good 10C).
