Great Board
Pros: I love this board. All kinds of Bios functions easy to use as well. I had to manually adjust the memory but no big deal. I am going to tinker with it anyway. Good software and It booted right up. Installed Vista with a 940 chip in less than 14 minutes.
Cons: I would say it didn't install itself, but really that is half the fun!
Overall Review: Love it so far, my first Gigabyte build in about 8 years. They have come a long way. I think I may have found a new favorite.
fan died
Pros: big improvement over my 5700.
Cons: died after about 3 months of usage. the fan quit near as I could tell.
So far so good
Pros: I have had it for just a few hours. It feels a bit slick in my hand and is a bit smaller than I would have liked. It has the same buttons as my old mouse so that is good.
Cons: A bit small kind of slick
Overall Review: sure at this price point it is worth the money.
Refurbished?
Pros: They came quickly
Cons: These things are refurbished. I had a hell of a time getting one to keep and hold a signal. Had I known these were refurbished I would have never purchased them. The newegg headline did not say refurbished. Copyed and pasted the header below along with what is on this page. I am not too happy with this. I understand that mistakes happen but I am still not too happy.

Big unit
Pros: Works Like a champ was easy to install on a Gigabyte MB with a 940 Phenom 2 processor!
Cons: None
Overall Review: I measured my case to make sure this cooler would fit. It fit but I had to remove my side case fan and mount it on the outside of the case in order to make it work. That was a small bit of work, and now I have my first frankenstein system!
Worked Great
Pros: I picked up 8 gig of this stuff for my new build. So far as I can tell. It works like a champ. Did not have to flash bios.
Cons: In easy tune it shows up as ddr2 6400 maximum speed. Probably an operator error at this point.

New Egg is A-W-S-O-M-E
I've been using newegg for parts for maybe 25 years, a long time anway. I have lost count of how many systems I have built with NE parts but a lot. I do wish I had taken a few K of those dollars 25 years ago and purchased more NVDA stock though.
haven't tried it yet
came as I ordered. I haven't started the build yet.
