Cheap, bootable in Mac Pro 2012
SYBA SY-PEX40039 2 Port SATA III PCI-e 2.0 x1 Card
Pros: Bootable SATA, works with great with my Mac Pro 2012 and samsung evo SSD.
Cons: Only two ports Mac Pro glitch makes sleeping iffy
