Pros: Easy setup. Relatively quiet.

Cons: Poor documentation. I'm running JBOD for an HTPC setup. The company really needs to triage what works and what doesnt with this unit. I had several SATA drives which were not recognized by the enclosure. Turns out that they were simply 'too old', as my newer SATA drives worked fine. That's an annoyance, but I'm fine with it. Still, I had to figure this out for myself. If I attempt to transfer more than 500mb at a time, the enclosure 'resets itself' and enters what looks like an initialization loop. Shutting down the unit is the only remedy at that point. I've tried contacting tech support three times now and each time I have to leave a message. Poor customer service.

Overall Review: Overall pretty disappointed with this unit, given all of the positive responses. Planning a desperate RMA attempt with newegg if I cant get some help from Sans by the end of the week.

Pros: Looks great, has USB 3.

Cons: Fan is way louder than my SansDigital TR4M-BP. But that wouldn't have bothered me if either Normal or JBOD mode had worked on eSATA. Additionally, only one drive (out of 4) was recognized using USB 3.0. Don't waste your time with this one, buy something with better reviews.

Overall Review: I'm very upset that I've lost $10 on return shipping.
