Great Sound Card

Pros: Live 5.1 encoding of any source, much fuller sound, pass through of 5.1 (won't alter already encoded 5.1 sources), stable, no separate panel required for optical out
Cons: Can't use optical in and optical out at the same time (one connection)
Overall Review: This is my second card. The first has been running solid 24/7 in an HTPC for over a year. Very stable and no driver issues.
Short Life

Pros: Inexpensive, good cable reach, plenty of connectors
Cons: Fan started rattling after just a few hours of run time, getting ready to return
Overall Review: Thermaltake's rebates are a rip off. Don't purchase based on AR price
Great 3g router

Pros: 1.5 hour battery life, Ethernet port for broadband/3g failover or for a wired connection, easy configuration, small. This is a great device - either for sharing a single modem or for using on a laptop without loading all the drivers/ connection software for the modem
Cons: Moderate WiFi range, a bit awkward with the USB modem sticking out
Overall Review: Any device with wifi can use it. All the kids can share the connection for their iTouch, laptops, etc. on road trips.
Great HTPC Fan

Pros: Very quiet, worth the price
Cons: Expensive, good airflow
Overall Review: The quietest 120mm fan I have tried. Moves a lot of air for the noise. I can't hear it over the hard drives in my HTPC. Worth the price if you want silence.
Not impressed

Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Not really impressed with noise level or cooling
Overall Review: I've used AC coolers in the past since they've been quiet and solid performers for cooling. This one didn't impress me with either. The fan ramps up quickly with any CPU load and still doesn't keep the CPU that cool. I was seeing 58-60C under full load for an X2 3800. I was trying this in a quiet HTPC application and it didn't work for that. I can't recommend it for high cooling effectiveness either since it didn't do that well either. I tried reinstalling it with Arctic Silver and didn't see an improvement.
Cheap mounting option

Pros: Nice way to mount a hard drive in a 5.25" bay
Cons: None
Overall Review: Not sure if the rubber grommets actually reduce noise, but it is still a good, cheap way to add a drive when you are out of 3.5" bays. I've seen higher drive temps from the drive being up out of the normal air flow area. This is not an issue with the product itself, but a consideration for use.
