This Mobo Rocks! Coming from a guy who has tried them all
Pros: First off, I have had my fair share of motherboards ranging from SOYO, ASUS, MSI and now Gigabyte. My last 2 motherboards have been Gigabyte motherboards, my latest being an AM2 "S-Series" board. Since I was upgrading my video card, and soon my processor, I decided to go with this board since it supports AM3. A very well put together board, runs great and has absolutely no problems. Read everything correctly and I am on Day 2 as of now on Windows 7 with no problems.
Cons: Gigabyte For the Win! No problems ^_^
Overall Review: You won't be disappointed!
My old $15 Headset is better!
Pros: Sounded pretty good, nice bass and good depiction of where enemies are with the surround sound.
Cons: I bought this headset looking for a good 5.1 Surround Sound Headset that will help me hear better in my games, mainly Call of Duty 4. I got it, I enjoyed it for a bit but it came with a lot of problems with Windows Vista. I decided to go back to Windows XP, partly due to the headset problem. In Windows XP, similar problems but for the most part it worked okay, the volume controls...etc were all functional. I installed the CD and updated the drivers. When I go into my game though, the volume and sounds become SUPER STATIC so I need to minimize and maximize again for the sound to go back to normal. This should not happen! Then it locks up my computer in Call of Duty 4, sometimes the microphone gets somehow altered to make me sound like a 5 year old girl or the microphone just stops working all together. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!
Overall Review: I am not a fan of USB Headsets anymore!
Seriously, the PERFECT Case!
Pros: I thought I was set on the NZXT S340 Elite ... I saw the other 570X cases and they were a "close second" behind the S340. However, right before I ordered, I noticed this newer design 570X with the Black Tempered glass and the ability to vertically mount a GPU. On top of it all, it came with a free H60 water cooler, so I jumped on the offer! When it arrived, as others have said, pictures do NO justice! This case is truly magnificent. Looks so clean! For pictures, you can find me on Instagram @fauxoperator I swapped most of my components from my old Thermaltake Armor+ Full Tower. I used to be a believer that full towers were so much better than Mid Towers, but I have now changed my tune. The cable management and sheer beauty that this case has, inside and out, is mind blowing. Working on the backside, it has room for (2) 3.5" HDD's and (2) 2.5" SSDs. I do wish there was room for more, but that just tells myself I may need to inevitably swap out smaller drives for larger storage ones. Running wires in the back of the case is very easy. It comes with a wire cover, I ended up removing it because I had too many wires that wouldn't fit, but that doesn't matter. It was a nice gesture on Corsair's part, I just don't believe it's realistic to use with a completely built PC. The inside of my case you see no extra wiring. They have the rubber holes placed perfectly so the only wires showing are what is needed to plug into your motherboard. Unlike the other 570X cases, the PSU "box" comes completely covered and it isn't missing the front shroud as the older designs are. That'll save you $10 right there from ordering that piece from Corsair. It makes a huge difference. I seriously can't recommend this case enough! I've caught myself sitting in my computer chair just starring at it. Don't look at any other case, trust me, this is the one you want!
Cons: Not really a con, but note that the glass is "Mirror BLACK". That means, if you really want to see all the components in your case, you better have a lot of LED's in there. I like the "mystery" that is portrays, as when I look at it, all I see is my rear SP120 fan glowing (bought it extra), my vertical mount GPU glowing, the Corsair logo at the bottom glowing, and my H150i PRO water cooler glowing. You can see some pieces of the motherboard slightly just based on the light those things give off, but otherwise, it is dark. Buy this case, you won't regret it!
Overall Review: Make sure you install your HDD's where it sits flush into the tray. I installed it wrong the first time and didn't notice it was sticking out to where I couldn't get the side glass back on. The settings on the LED controller on the case are pretty basic, but looks good. I do like "Rainbow RGB", the SP120's, and the Corsair Logo's do not support that... they are single color, or just change colors .. just an FYI. For my CPU, I have a Corsair H150i PRO Water Cooler. The 360mm water cooler mounts perfectly in the case to the front 3 SP120's. It seriously looks like it was made for this case. There is also still PLENTY of room to mount an additional 3 fans onto the radiator for a Push-Pull if you so choose. I would recommend sticking with a 240 or 360mm water cooler. People have had trouble with 280's. It does work, but then you can only put 2 fans in front, and it will take away from the case. I also hear mounting a 280mm on top conflicts with the RAM slots. I do have (2) 120MM fans running on top that came with the H150 ... installation of extra fans is simple and easy access to run wires behind the case so you don't see them. I have my GPU connected vertically with an EZDIY PCI-E 20cm Riser I bought elsewhere. Works perfectly, and the LED's from my EVGA GTX 1080 FTW really complements the other LED's. I do mine with it, and even with the GPU <1" from the glass, temps stay below 75*C at full load.
Wish I didn't buy this
Pros: It's a GTX 1070, comes slightly overclocked
Cons: Price point... Go with Gigabyte, EVGA or ZOTAC. All offer so much more out of their cards for similar prices. You don't get much from this card.
Overall Review: Wish I wasn't impatient. Yes it's a huge improvement over my GTX 780 but MSI really should offer more for this price. Gigabyte at the same price offers a lot better of a card!
Great .. till the suck
Pros: They sound great, work great, feel great and has a good microphone
Cons: Right ear has completely stopped working. I know it is with the wiring because I kept wiggling the wires and it'd cut in and out, by the speaker volume adjuster and now .. after a short time .. nothing I do will make the right speaker come back. I've taken very good care of this headset, never dropped, always placed on the desk. Fail :(
Overall Review: I contacted Tritton support in the past about getting these RMA'd because the right speaker was acting up before. First, the guy said he didn't have any in stock, and considering I didn't have a replacement, he said I could hold on to them until they get them in stock and he'd e-mail me. So, this RMA guy from Tritton e-mailed me my RMA # .. and I waited weeks, still heard nothing so I e-mailed him over the course of a month asking if they got them in ... Never received a reply! Tritton Support = Trash. Really .. Save your money and get something else, probably cheaper, and probably better quality.
An Amazing Keyboard worth Every Penny!
Pros: - Nice backlight color - LED Screen easy to read - Great design - Function of "G" Keys The keyboard is everything I thought it would be. Now that Bad Company 2 is coming out, and the G15 supports the game, it shows stats that the game does not; your kills/deaths/ping/server IP ...etc That alone has made the keyboard worth it to me!
Cons: It's not a G19.
