Pros: Accurate. Sensative. Feels solid, with a good shape and grip.
Cons: Far too light for serious gamers or the heavy-handed.
Overall Review: As an amateur gamer, I would use this for anything but an FPS. If you want a decent laser mouse for not a lot of green, especially just for normal desktop activity, this is perfect.
It works, it's twitchy, but those touch controls...

Pros: The case charges the buds, the buds fit in my sometimes-picky ears, the sound is mostly ok.
Cons: Streaming music is just bad, very heavy on the lows, really likes to disconnect.
Overall Review: For the price on sale, these let me take in podcasts uncorded while working in the garage, doing dishes, and other such cord-unfriendly tasks, and they sound very nice. BUT, if music is a common use, then either plan to use software eq or ensure quality source: the difference between local 256k vbr mp3 and streaming bandcamp is far more notable than I had ever thought possible. If the source emphasizes the low end then the compounding effect causes the mids and some highs to immediately reduce to a soup-like homogenate. You might as well jam mud into your ears. YMMV of course, and I do like to tweak the highs slightly (pushing 40 does that to you), but this is so bad I doubt 22yo me would've enjoyed it. So don't run away, but do be careful.
ECS A780GM-A

Pros: PCIe slot placement, good balance of connectivity options (eSATA!). HDMI is nice at this price point, which is simply fantastic after the rebate. Board layout is very good; I've had no trouble setting one of these up. Hardware is well supported under linux.
Cons: Marginal power circuitry= 95W proc limitation, limited overclocking, mediocre efficiency. Server 2003 required a hotfix to detect the audio chip. Hotfix was included with the driver, but setup didn't bother to install it, and didn't let me know I needed to. That was irritating.
Overall Review: I have now purchased three of these boards- one for my system, next for the family file server, the latest for my brother's new build. NONE have been DOA. Oddly, two of those have Realtek NICs instead of the claimed Athros. The flexibility of this board cannot be understated- if you aren't looking to run a high end quad, this is a great option for almost any application.
Scythe Shuriken

Pros: Low height, heat pipes, lots of surface area, big fan. Looks fantastic- if you can think that way about a cooler.
Cons: Not a con yet, but I'm worried about that low profile fan. Can't help but think it's going to fail.
Overall Review: Installed in a low profile mATX case on an AMD BE-2350. No improvement over stock cooler at idle. 10+ degree (F) drop at load- proc now runs in a 15 degree (F) range at all times. Nice.
Written by an AMD fanboy.

Pros: Very, very, VERY affordable. Very capable.
Cons: It won't make the bed.
Overall Review: Bought this for the system I built for my girlfriend. She does normal "productivity" things and a little casual gaming (Peggle!), for which this CPU is perfect. This is THE workstation proc to get, and you can't go wrong for the cost.
Good Mushkin

Pros: Affordable. Capacious. Shiny, so shiny...
Cons: As other reviews have mentioned, don't put force on the heatsinks. Push on the corners of the PCB.
Overall Review: 12 passes on Memtest86+ with not a single error.
Surprise suprise, hard drive is not new.
1 TB enterprise drive was described as "New," and while smartctl reports 0 uptime, other stats have counts indicating it has been powered, and drive had ext4 fs. Drive was inexpensive and seems functional so I'm not going to fight a battle to return, but product is *NOT* new. I cannot recommend a seller that lists items dishonestly, knowingly or not.
