Intel® Virtualization Technology Support

Pros: Economical Intel® Virtualization Technology Support.
Cons: This item is not listed as supporting Intel® Virtualization Technology in newegg's database. The only feature that this model does not support that the newer Q9400 possesses is the Intel® Trusted Execution Technology. The Q8400 also has only 4MB of L2 Cache instead of the Q9400's 6MB L2 Cache.

Fair performance

Pros: It works.
Cons: The signal strength is not as good as Encore's USB adapter.
Awful

Pros: none
Cons: Poor keyboard support
Overall Review: Try Tripp Lite
Most Reliable Mouse Out There

Pros: No problems of losing vertical scrolling wheel ability when using a KVM device to switch between Windows machines. No cursor or button response instabilities.
Cons: Center scroll wheel is light grey. I'd prefer a darker charcoal grey or black.
Overall Review: I ordered three. Much more reliable than a fairly new recently discarded Logitech laser mouse.
Affordable and reliable

Pros: Rus much cooler than several previous switches I've owned. Such a superior device is now economically priced.
Cons: none.
Overall Review: I need to buy another one because of all of the networkable hi-tech toys I've eventually acquired.
Blame router for bad performance

Pros: Excellent price. Short USB extension cable also included. See performance info in "Other thoughts".
Cons: Too fat to allow another device or cable connector in an adjacent USB port unless the included short extension cable is utilized.
Overall Review: This compact unit gives me one more signal strength bar than an internal three-antenna PCI wifi adapter which I have in my HTPC. I am using two of these adapters (each showing 3 bars) along with my PCI adapter (2 bars) for a total sustained bandwidth of 230 kbps. My streaming video content now does not encounter any stuttering.
