Overall Review: I bought this to replace a top mounted case fan that was starting to get too loud. I had to check that this was actually plugged into the motherboard because it's so quiet. I'm considering replacing all case fans with these!

Pros: None

Cons: Pretty worthless when you get a brick right out of the box. Plugged it in, flipped the switch, and...nothing. Thanks for the hassle, Newegg.
