Pros: This is a great phone, and considering it is the developer edition with 32 gigs, it is a great value as well. I am looking forward to using it. Has great features and the battery seems to be ho.di ga charge very well. The build is very solid. Features worked right out of the box. The migrate feature was wonderful as it installed all of my stuff from the other phone. Really enjoying this purchase!

Pros: Update on the phone I bought ( Cubot s208) and the seller sd2k. I supposedly have a brand new phone and I have now determined it is not a charger or battery problem, most likely, but a bad/ bent? usb charging port. I have emailed the seller several times with no further response after they sent a different charger. Seller phone number originally went to voicemail, now it just rings and rings and says memory full. Contacted the manufacturer with no response. Contacted Newegg and they have received no response from seller.

Cons: Poor customer service. Not sure if the phone is also poor, because I am not sure I got a new phone.

Overall Review: If you buy a Cubot, dont buy from this seller.

Pros: It works! It is the size of a piece of typing paper and only a little thicker! Hides on my wall behind the TV. I gave up cable 3 years ago and now have tv again! I get 22 channels. Best money spent in a long time.

Seller gave tracking number, and sent by usps. Phone was well packaged and was sent out quickly. Seller responded to email right away. Seller predicted to the letter when the phone would be delivered. Very satisfied.

Seller responded when I did not receive tracking number. (A tracking number should ALWAYS be provided, however- not just when requested. Seller responded and sentnew, better charger when non- working charger arrived wirh phone. Again, working charger should ALWAYS be provided. Now I had to order a new battery on a competitors website because the phone wont hold a charge for more than 5 hours. Not going to say for sure, but I strongly suspect I did not get a new battery with my phone. Other than the above issues, phone was well packaged and the delivery was within a 16 day window. Would I order from this company again? Maybe.
