Pros: Easy installation. Everything is working fine after installing. Windows 7 switched automatically to graphic card after driver installation. I do not play games, but I can watch HD movies at max resolution, and I like it. Nice upgrade to my AMD Athlon X2 CPU and Foxconn mother board with on-board graphics. Did not have dedicated card before. I think most important thing for me was the backward compatibility with first generation PCIexpress. I have version one on motherboard. VisionTEk techsupport is super helpful. I sent three emails, got answer within 24 hours. They told me all their cards are compatible with PCIe version 1.

Cons: None so far. I did not test with games. It was not free!
