Cons: Invalid Microsoft 365 key

Overall Review: Newegg delivered invalid key for Microsoft 365 subscription, which will not work as intended and expected. Company policy is no refund on digital products. Had to buy renewal from Microsoft to use, which essentially doubled cost. That was my last Newegg purchase and you should read other reviews citing same outcome. Buyers be aware and buy from a seller with better warranty and policies.
