Better than advertised.
Pros: Sequential reads and writes are 20 MB/s and 10 MB/s respectively, and writes improve about 35% if requests are queued. (Reads don't care.) Random I/O (4k) is 4 to 4.5 MB/s for reads, and a disappointing 0.6 to 0.7 MB/s for writes. However, this seems to be the nature of SD, as even the "fast" ones really suffer on random writes. This is actually not as bad as some. The price was great, and the capacity is wonderful. If used for media storage and the like, not for programs and swap (for which SD is inherently poorly suited), the performance is more than acceptable for the advertised speed grade – in fact you'll get just about double the rated speed.
Cons: Uh, let's see... there was only one in the package? ;) Seriously, I don't have any complaints.
Overall Review: It's not the fastest SD card out there, but it's actually much better than I expected for a simple Class 10/U1. For price per gigabyte, it's really hard to beat. If you can find a secondhand SSD and have a SATA port and drive bay free, you may want to do that instead, as the performance will be much better – but if you need to expand the storage of a laptop that already has a small drive, this will fit the bill nicely.
Decent performance, limited feature set, NO AUDIO OUTPUT!
Pros: It's a nice size, the picture looks pretty good, and OTA TV reception is quite acceptable in a fringe area. The only assembly required is to bolt the feet on. It's fairly lightweight (not the lightest, but far from the heaviest) for its size, and the power supply is integrated rather than a separate power brick to clutter things up. The price was good too.
Cons: No VGA input. If you want to do this, you'll need a VGA-to-HDMI converter. Component *or* composite input, not both. Forget about hooking up that old Wii and the VCR/DVD player at the same time. Most important, NO AUDIO OUTPUT WHATSOEVER. Not even optical. If you are hoping to make this the centerpiece of a home cinema, and rely on OTA TV reception, you won't be able to use your sound system for TV channels.
Overall Review: This could be a good choice for certain installations, but if you were expecting to use any sort of audio replacement (sound bar, receiver, whatever) and get your channels from broadcast, you're out of luck. This is quite disappointing for a TV this size.
no No NO!
Pros: I don't have any. Really. This thing needs to go back. OK, I thought of one. It doesn't make my reception any worse or butcher the output.
Cons: Where do I even? The setup takes an eternity (I swear I can install Windows 10 faster!), the whole thing is laggy, trying to navigate the keyboard with the remote is just the worst experience, and many of the screens won't tab through all the buttons anyhow and I had to put it in Mouse Mode. Consider a wireless mouse a necessity, just like storage. Then, the software is incredibly cryptic and there is NO MANUAL. Not in the box, not apparently online as a PDF either. It doesn't sense storage device changes in any reasonable time frame. I couldn't even figure out how to perform the most basic functions, like "Record channel 11.1 from 8:59 pm to 10:01 pm". It seems I have to use their website and their TV guide to do this, or a phone app. Then, to log into said website, there are two ways to log in: Facebook and Google+. Sorry, one started evil and the other has possibly gone to the dark side. I wasn't even setting up this box for me, but for my mother. If it's frustrating ME, then she'll be hopeless. This is just torture, and I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I wish I'd have looked into it more deeply before ordering. I would much, MUCH rather have a straight-up Kodi box and a tuner, thanks.
Overall Review: Should you buy it? Read the title.
Great price, performs to spec
Pros: This was far and away the cheapest 8GB DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24 module available. It's not much more than a 4GB module at this point! It works perfectly at that speed, though in my system it does not want to overclock AT ALL. (But then, you don't buy Team to overclock.) This is on a board that has some approved 8GB modules, but this is not on the list. It still works fine, thrown into a system with two existing 4GB modules.
Cons: It apparently doesn't overclock. (Again, that's not why you buy Team.) That's it, that's the whole list.
Overall Review: I may have to get another one to fill the fourth slot!
Please take down my previous review, and replace it with this one.
Pros: I'm not really sure. It seems Bay Trail devices have problems with their SD slots that Intel "fixed" by limiting them to 25MB/s. The seller contacted me, and in all fairness I figured I should look into their concerns, and then a friend told me "you know about the Bay Trail speed limit, don't you?" No, I didn't. Not until then. Blame this one on Intel, not Komputerbay.
Cons: Even with the Bay Trail speed limit, you might expect to see a benefit of better speed from the smaller, random transfers that are the norm when using a device like this as a boot drive. Unfortunately, you won't. The 4k queue depth 4 speeds are no better than those I get from a card rated only for 20MB/s.
Overall Review: I cannot properly evaluate this item for top speed, but it does not perform particularly well at random I/O if you are looking to use it as a boot disk or swap file or anything of that nature.
Solid, clean, but not for flash RAID
Pros: Although it does not ship with an AC power supply, it will accept one. (5V, and the same jack USB 2.0 hubs use.) It is most definitely a legit USB 3.0 hub -- read speeds on my Samsung Fit are still upwards of 150MB/s. It is almost completely "transparent" to cheaper drives and to devices with their own power supplies. I'm not seeing a speed hit at all (reading or writing).
Cons: It's not "transparent" to faster flash drive writes, likely due to an inability to provide adequate power. My 32GB Fit normally writes in the 80-85MB/s range but it caps out around 38MB/s through this hub, and 45MB/s if I add an AC power supply (2A). I can't rule out the idea that it would benefit from a higher amperage wallwart though.
Overall Review: I would certainly recommend this for all but one purpose if you either don't need or already have a 5V power supply to match. I do not see that any corners were cut here, except possibly on maximum power draw. That write-limiting of fast flash drives makes it unsuitable as the backbone for a flash RAID, but it should be fine for just about everything else.
This seller tried to bribe me to upgrade a FOUR EGG REVIEW.

Best wishes , Selina ----- It is unfortunate that I am compelled to report this, because the product is actually pretty good, but please, PLEASE don't let yourself be bought for a couple dollars. Sometimes a handful of reviews is all buyers have to go on. I have not changed my review of the product in either direction (not like you can edit reviews here anyhow), but my opinion of the SELLER has taken a considerable nose-dive. Here is the Pastebin of the whole thing: http://pastebin.com/VuyNgxkK And the heart-rending plea that followed my going public: http://pastebin.com/Vcyt2z6Q
Shipping is prompt, Customer Service is superb.
While there is always the risk of getting a non-functional refilled cartridge, House of Toners will make it right, and quickly. (Order two when you want one, they're cheap enough. One of them will work if you need to send back the other.)
