Overall Review: While the product was faulty in our case, damaging two hard drives beyond recovery, it was the sort of manufacturing issue that can happen to anyone; I'm writing this review because the seller was excellent when contacted, offering a replacement as soon as I contacted them, and then issuing a refund when I explained the situation was resolved with a local repair and supply company due to time constraints. I would absolutely recommend this seller for their customer service alone.
