Card failed to operate
Pros: NewEgg customer service excellent when refund was required.
Cons: According to Asus staff, card was likely faulty because they claimed their drivers were fine. Card failed to work in WinXPpro and in Win98se. And that was on two different computers (Toshiba Satellite Laptop and Sony Vaio desktop). Neither drivers on supplied CD nor those downloaded from the Asus website were recognized by the Windows NewHardware wizard. Again,the best part of this experience was the concern NewEgg showed this customer in arranging for a refund with no dispute; no restocking fee was required. This is the type of customer concern I could learn to enjoy. Costco is the only other organization I know that treats customers with that kind of consideration.
