Cons: Lack of communication

Overall Review: The item was sent to the wrong city and state. They only communicated yesterday because I left them a bad review. They stated they would ship memory out yesterday. I asked them for the tracking number and to verify the address they will be shipping it to. Still have not received an e-mail with that information.

We never received this item. According to the tracking number it went to Phoenix, AZ and not Saginaw, MI. According to Google Reviews, this company does it all the time to people who order directly from them. I tried reaching their company to discuss this and they do not answer the phone nor return calls. Since it was ordered through Newegg, I would expect Newegg to take care of this issue. I would like a refund for my order.

Product received defective. Unit dented quite heavily and was not apparently any shipping damage, just came that way. Inside of computer is full of dust and dirt. DVD rom drive does not open, not even with a paperclip. Operating system loads into error and will need reinstalled. Unacceptable to call this unit refurbished. Seems like they just took it from a pile and sold it as refurbished with no looking it over.
