Pros: Great value. Works great in my TIVO.

Cons: A little louder than the last drive. I can hear it from my couch. Not an issue when tv is playing though.

Pros: I couldn't know. They never powered up.

Cons: I had two dead on arrival boards in a row. They wouldn't power up at all, not even spin up the CPU fan. I tried two power supplies. Their tech support suggested my Antec HE550 Neo power supply killed both of them instantly. I checked it with an old expendable computer and it worked flawlessly. These were DOA.

Overall Review: Pay attention to the stories of people getting multiple DOA boards. There is a real problem with this motherboard.
