ATI is Back!
Pros: $200 for a card that can play basically any game at pretty high settings. No reason to buy an 8800gt, gts, or 9800gtx even with this card around. Beats out all of them at most games!
Cons: Really hard for me to come up with a con for this card.
Overall Review: For the price it's amazing, now I'll wait for the 4870x2 and if it performs great then I'll upgrade for that. I've been an Nvidia guy for years, but now I feel compelled to support ATI for their efforts with this 4800 series. So I picked this up.
Mostly a good board
Pros: The board is running my Ryzen 5 1600 at 3.7ghz so far, and 16gb ddr 4 at 2933mhz. Seems stable, update to latest bios.
Cons: There is a fan header labeled for PUMP. I tried my Cooler Master 120 lite liquid cpu cooler pump here and it doesn't seem to provide enough power. The pump barely works at all. I plug it into a regular fan header and it pumps great. So something seems off with that. Going to check with Gigabyte support. If anyone knows the answer please let me know.
