Pros: Cheap gigabit card. has a heat sink. I bought it for my NAS server.

Cons: Gets REALLY hot during extended file transfers. Excessive heat causes it to crash the network card- it wont work again untill reboot.

Overall Review: I'm going to buy two pci exhaust fans to put on either side of this card to try and keep it cool. If you are just trying to upgrade a 10/100 system to gigabit for occasional file transfers, this is a great card, but it needs to stay really cool for constant use.

Pros: has lots of sata/molex connections, 24 pin connector, dual 12v rails, and pcie connectors, a large variable speed fan

Cons: I put this power supply in my freeNAS server. After about 2 months of constant use it died. no blown fuse, it just stopped working.
