Pros: Just like new. Mine looked like some sort of BB buyout considering it still had the price tag on it. Mine was basically brand new with the original seals. It had everything in it like a brand new retail. As for the mouse itself, it feels great in my hand and is doable for a lefty like me if you've already adapted to other right-handed mouse. The DPI switch is fantastic for on the fly switch, profiles are great to work with, with the Setpoint software, the braided cord was a very nice touch, the cord is also quite long; much longer than expected which was a good thing, the weights are great to get the perfect feel, and the interchangable grips are quite nice; currently using the wide grip for now. Can't complain about anything especially for the price.

Cons: Mouse pad leaves a lot to be desired, but who cares; I bought this for the mouse.

Overall Review: Get this while you can. If their inventory of this is what I think it is, all of their "refurbished" items on this is actually full retail packaging for the refurbished price. You just can't go wrong. You can always buy new grips over some auction sites if you really don't like COD.

Cons: Grime, Broken Keys, jammed-in headphone jack, 1 missing Keyboard support while the other was Hard siliconed into the OPEN position, so the keyboard can NEVER lay flat without physically breaking the keyboard. Missing wrist rest as well. I truly believe a 3 year old refurbished this product and was allowed to play with silicone. Definitely the worst product I've ever ordered from Newegg. Awaiting for a replacement and hoping it is like brand new, considering what I got. Newegg also gets a 1 star for taking nearly 2 weeks for my order to get to me (ordered on the 30th; got it on the 10th). The wait plus the condition of the product makes a Very unhappy customer.

Overall Review: I truly hope this is a one-off thing. The customer service has been slowly degrading over time, along with the quality control of the products shipped, including timing. This better not be a picture of what are to come in 2013, or I'll have to hunt for items through other competitors who can come close to matching the prices as well as better customer service at this time. Been a customer since the Egg_head days; hopefully that doesn't change.

Overall Review: This is such a beautiful monitor. I'm sure there are plenty that are better, but for me, these will do very nicely for what I use them for.

Overall Review: This is a great card so far but what shocked me the most was the fact that by the time I got a chance to put my card in my system, the rebate came in the mail! It's only been 2 weeks since submission. With it being that fast, it is worth going through the hoops. I am debating getting a second one to crossfire. The only thing I have run so far has been the ff xiv benchmark, which isn't much but it did about 1400 better than my crossfired 5770's, so well worth it for me.

Overall Review: Item is working as described. The sockets are spaced so that I can plug in my "bricks" without losing a socket, so this is a major plus. Great so far with a great connected equipment warranty.
