Pros: The xbox codes to activate the game were valid.

Cons: The controller doesnt work properly. (Headset port is dead) there is no easy way to replace it except to hang my head in failure and go buy a new one. (Not from newegg.com) also in an extremely cheap move by Microsoft, this kit doesnt include rechargeable batteries for the controller. Batteries were dead by the end of day 1. Then again it was opened and re-sealed 3 seperate times by the vendor before i ever opened it for the first time.

Overall Review: The game system is fine. The vendor here is the problem. If you dont want a device that has been previously opened and is deemed unreturnable, shop a different vendor.
