Pros: -So much space for activities! -Fast -No problems in a year
Cons: none
Pros: -lots of space and fans -awesome lights
Cons: -fans are low quality and will need to be repaired/replaced after ~1-2 years -the footing of the tower is made of cheap plastic and breaks super easily, but the tower itself is mostly metal. so, after making new wood feet everything turned out fairly well
cheap plastic
Pros: -Turns internal drives to external
Cons: -Cheaply made -Easily breakable plastic -Unhidden, loose internal wiring -No padding/cushion or fitted seating for HDD (it just dangles and bangs around loosely inside)
Overall Review: I've found MUCH higher quality for the same, or relatively close to the same, price.
awesome little tv
Pros: -Great picture -Awesome features -Easy to use
Cons: -Doesn't recognize coax as an input in setup (when choosing which input is the cable box in setup the option for just plain coax is missing. very strange considering RCA and composite were still options, along with the usual hdmi and dvi..) -Sometimes has some hiccups with the wifi despite being ~7 ft from the wireless router (only for a few seconds and only ~once a week or so. fairly typical for most wifi devices, but not when they're so close)
Overall Review: for the price i payed, you can't really beat it
not bad, horrid hdd
Pros: -Small -Cheap -Windows 7 (win 7 starter, but can be fixed. at least its not win 8..) -Upgradable
Cons: -The 250 HDD provided was made by Hitachi, which means it's almost useless.. (so ~ a year of life in it, if lucky) but i had a SSD laying around so i just mirrored it. -Insane amounts a preinstalled fluff-ware (~2 hours of uninstall. seriously, it's like whoever set it up put every waste-of-space software on it. Even the virus of an anti-virus McAfee... Ew...)
Overall Review: The price and win7 over win8 make it worth the price. especially if you replace the HDD(with almost any other brand) and add an extra gig of ram. I'd actually give it ~3.5 eggs (-1 for HDD, -0.5 for fluff-ware)
Better than 8
Pros: Better than WIN8
Cons: -many legacy problems carried over from past WIN-OS's
Overall Review: If a large company makes an OS like this without all the corporate crud that seems to be ladled on MAC and WIN they would take over the market. Linux isn't bad, but no one in my immediate friends/family can use it except me..
