Pros: The headset is easy to use/pair. Works pretty well with cellphone. Voice quality is good.

Cons: The Cons are too major for this headset to get anything over 1 egg. 1st of all, this headset is impossible to use with a computer. You get nothing but loud static straight to your ear. 2nd, I tried to pair it with a laptop, but it requires a driver which Samsung does not even have, so no compatibility with laptops. But the worst thing about it all was that me and many customers were expecting to get a rebate with this headset, but it seems like Samsung has invalidated our rebates, even though we all sent in our UPC code which they said was the problem. It really sucks because there is nothing we can do now about it.

Overall Review: Very disgruntled customer.
