Pros: Excellent memory, works fine. Used it in a gigabyte GA-M68M-S2P Motherboard

Cons: Motherboard didn't recognize the memory as DDR2 1066, wouldn't boot up. Had to install ddr2 800 memory, go into bios and change the memory settings manually, and then install the DDR2 1066. At first I thought that the memory was bad
