Overall Review: If you're looking for a great graphics card, do not hesitate to buy this one. It was the one thing I was willing to go over my budget for (which is miniscule in comparison to what most other people are able to afford to put together).

Pros: Needed a new fan for my tower and this fit the bill. After doing much research (and disregarding LEDs, because I'm not 5 years old), this fan was perfect for my needs. Just installed it and though it is louder than expected, it's still quieter than my former rattling Rosewill (which was already 5 years old). Could probably make it quieter using a slower fan speed with the cable provided, but I much prefer a cooler PC. Will probably buy another in the near future.

Overall Review: Despite the slightly higher fan noise, I still recommend this fan for those who may be looking for one without all the shiny bells and whistles.
