Pros: Very easy to set up and get going. hit the WPS button on your router and this thing, and in about 15 or so seconds you've extended your wifi. I can now go outside to my shop on the other side of my property and get wifi.

Cons: none really

Pros: Initially - easy to clone to, very fast. Boot time from cold start, 31 seconds vs. 86 seconds with the old HDD in my work/business laptop. I own 2 other NEW/NON-REFURB OCZ drives, and both have been excellent, 100% reliable and fast.

Cons: Failure IS apparently an option at OCZ QC when it comes to refurbs. It lasted 2 weeks, then "No bootable device found" as others have noted. This was in a machine I use for work, and hadn't thought to do a backup prior to failure, so I lost 2 weeks worth of work, and am still paying for it. Newegg Customer Service, though, Thank you. You guys rock, took care of me no questions asked. I will continue buy from you, and from OCZ, just not these OCZ refurbs.

Pros: I didn't real have any

Cons: It was difficult to get the controllers to snap in properly, but all that went away when it died after just 2 weeks. Haven't keyed in a return yet, it's just a hassle for something I didn't like in the first place.

Pros: Newegg's awesome customer service and and no-hassle return policy

Cons: It just wouldn't heat up. Want to make a batch of the Colonel's secret blend of 11 herbs and spices in this thing? It will come out cold, gamey and grey. I tried a couple of times. It would beep it was up to temp, and the chicken barely boiled in the oil. You CANNOT adjust the temperature, you can't even tell what the temperature is! it's all 'idiot proof' settings, like 'rice, poultry, beef', etc.. The lid was a horrid piece of engineering. Opening and closing a lid is not supposed to be this difficult. The steam release valve flops around loose, you can easily bump it and get a nice 3rd degree burn on your arm, ask me how I know. But it's ok, because it says in the instructions it will flop around loose. The pressure safety holding the lid on gets stuck. but that's ok too, because it says in the instructions it might get stuck and to pry down on some safety thing that in turn yields yet another 3rd degree steam burn.

Overall Review: This things just needs to be flat out yanked from the market before it seriously hurts somebody.

Pros: still fast over wired and wifi...

Cons: I give up. Asus REFUSED to call or provide any support from anyone with any knowledge as to why my port forward works on my old router and not the new one. And then I was insulted over email and asked, "did you reboot the router and check the firmware?"... that was it. I've been building pc's since setting com port and irq jumpers on 386 motherboards, and you're asking if I rebooted the router?? I plugged my 8-year old router back in and everything works fine now. I cannot in good conscious ever honestly recommend an asus product because of their complete lack of service.

Pros: Fast, bought the Intel 7260 laptop nic at the same time here on Newegg. My old router didn't even have gigabit ports, my wired speed benchmarked 50% higher, my wifi speed from my old N router is now 5-8x faster with the new AC card.

Cons: I have no choice but to return it. I had my port forwarding for my camera system working just fine for several years. I cannot get the new router to forward it, even with firewalls off, and the DVR IP in the DMZ. Verified latest firmware, got everything else working just fine. I called Asus tech support and was connected to an absolutely horrible call center. Called three times. They're best at making you repeat things you've already told them, and repeatedly saying "Please hold while I look **something** up". I then tried over and over to reach an on-shore call center, no go. I've purchased several Asus products, mainly motherboards, over the years. Their customer service made this a real let down.

Overall Review: If I could have gotten the help I needed, I'd keep it and this would be a perfect 5-star rating.
