Nice budget card!

Pros: Makes no noise, GREAT performance, Nvidia drivers just work.
Cons: None! Great little card.
Overall Review: In WoW with full settings at 1024 with 4xAA on I get around 45 fps in MC raids, Doom3 at 1024 High Quality hits FPS cap, and (most importantly since this is aimed at business/SOHO machines) Windows Vista RC1 gave it a 4.5 on its 1-5 scale. Vista runs great! Nice job Biostar, nice job NVidia!
Junk

Pros: Came with a remote!
Cons: Very annoying software, seems to be a resource hog, pain to install correctly, manual written in early 90's Engrish, recorded video is awful.
Overall Review: Waste of xx bucks. Now its sitting in a desk drawer.
Worked out of the box!

Pros: Works great with Kingston RAM (Always use Kingston with MSI boards, it just works). Performance is spot on, MSI software works good. For the price on an AM2 system, you just can't beat it.
Cons: None really. Doesnt have SLI, DualNET, or any of the other goodies... But for under a hundred bucks, who really cares?
Overall Review: MSI boards have been good to me over the years, and this one was no exception. Solid performance.
Noisy...

Pros: Decent Airflow
Cons: A bit louder than I had hoped.
Overall Review: 120mm fan, moves air like it should.
Great Case

Pros: Great case, front panel connection was straightforward, compatible with Azalia right out of the box. Hard drive cage set back far enough that the Serial ATA cable fit with no bending at the connector, stealth drive bays work good. Cooling is GREAT.
Cons: Front panel cables could have been 2-3 inches longer (kind of a tight fit).
Overall Review: Works as advertised, best case I have ever owned.
Nice little budget board

Pros: Good feature support for a 'dead' platform, final machine benchmarks pretty well. Didnt check overclocks, but really, if you are buying this board to overclock, look elsewhere.
Cons: Onboard video totally stinks, get yourself (ANY) AGP card available from the Egg. Thin PCB is a bit flimsy... be careful installing, use your (METAL) standoffs, dont force anything.
Overall Review: "DOA" budget boards are usually someone trying to set a record for assembly speed. take your time, be nice to your MB.
