I needed the laptop by a certain time so I didn't have time to return and re order and wait. I ordered exactly what I needed and expected to get it. I did, with one exception. The keyboard is French Canadian. I'm having to relearn how to type essentially. It's not a huge deal but it is definitely cutting into my time. Considering it was sold to and from America, it should have been a standard American keyboard.
